Cartagena Chivas Tours

This was the party get down tour. The Chivas tour start at 8:00 p.m. as soon as they picked us up from our apartment. We were one of the 1st people to board the party bus so, we had a quick tour of the city picking up people at all the various hotels. We had live music on board which kept our booty's moving. We didn't know the songs but everyone else on board was singing along, playing maracas and we could just feel the energy onboard.

This was our
party bus which
chauffeured us around town.
The bus was open air and it was
happening.
Each row was given a bottle of rum and bottle of 7up. Once we were through with our bottles we'd just past them to the front and they were replaced with new ones. Woohoo!
Wish I could
remember the
name of the Rum
It was good!
New friends from Venezuela
Most of the crowd were from Chile,
Peru, Argentina
and Venezuela
Everyone was having a great time jamming to the live music on board
These guys were part of our party bus and kept the rhythm moving.
Part of our tour included stopping
at a park where
some street dancers
entertained us.
My Mom is going to hate these next pictures. While in the town park; I had the opportunity to hold a Sloth. He was so stinking cute and I just couldn't help myself. Look at how cute these little creatures are. They spend 90% of their lives sleeping but this one awake and so lovable.
What a cool
experience.
From the park we boarded the bus and headed to a bar for Salsa dancing.
The bar was in this old Colonial building. It was beautiful.
Lot of dancing as you can see. We had a fantastic time.
We were so wound up from all the energy that we weren't ready to go home after our tour ended. In route to our apartment happens to be Rio Casino. We decided to play some Blackjack and chill out for a bit. Luck was on our side and we took a little extra cash home.
This particular casino was really nice. It's very small but not crowded. Best part; no smoking allowed. What more can I say. We enjoyed our evening and looking forward to our next tour.
Enjoy your day.
Much love from B&B
